William T. Minshall, age 95, of Willoughby, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on September 1, 2020. He was born in Rosedale, PA, on January 20, 1925. He was a proud and loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Bill proudly retired from Turner Construction Company as a Civil Engineer. He served in the US Army during WWII. He was a longtime resident of Rosedale, PA and Broomall, PA he then moved to Mentor, OH before relocating to Franklin, TN for 42 years and finally settled back in Willoughby, OH in 2018. Bill is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 16 years, Alberta Hunter, children Judy (Kurt) Mulhauser Sr., Cynthia (John Pastir) Minshall, RuthAnn Minshall, 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jean Minshall. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
